Are you ready to take your next vacation? This is the place that you will want to stay in! The Townes at Barefoot #5145 has recently been built and has all the bells and whistles that you will want! It is located in popular Barefoot Resort so it is close to everything that you want to do in the area. Everything is brand new and ready for guests! The Driving Range in Barefoot is located right outside and you can walk to Putter's Pub for a drink or pizza in the evening.
This townhome has 4BR and 3.5BA so there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances to make your favorite meals. There is a large dining table for gatherings and it has an open floor plan so everyone can enjoy. The patio is right off the living area with plenty of seating with awesome views of the Putting Green. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
The Primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a King bed and en suite bathroom with private space. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen too. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. The 4th bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and it has a King bed with its own full bathroom too. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other and have their own space for quiet time. There is also a laundry area on the 2nd floor with a washer/dryer for your use.
Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses and we can help you set up tee times with the Golf Masters. All guests have access to the North Tower pool which is the largest pool in SC! It also has a large Hot Tub. The pool requires a pool pass for access. There is also a free shuttle that runs in the summer season that will bring you to beach access in Windy Hill. It runs every hour and we will give you a schedule for pickup times.
Barefoot Landing is right across the Waterway and has so much for you to enjoy! Check out all the shops, restaurants and attractions there! Have a glass of wine at Duplin Winery or a Craft beer at Crooked Hammock. Enjoy a wonderful meal at Flying Fish or The Big Chill Island House. Then catch a show at Alabama Theater. There is so much to do that you have to come back again and again!
All Guests must be 25 or older to book! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

The good and the bad of our stay…this house was VERY clean which was a definite positive. Decent location and easy check-in. The house was so clean it appeared sterile - not one item of decor present minus furniture. Walls were completely blank - not a big deal but could use a picture or something inviting. Negatives - dryer broke mid week which left us with an entire load of wet clothes (was reported but was unable to be fixed). Basic items while provided were minimal - we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods to get through the week - for the price we paid I feel like enough pods could have been provided. AND my last negative was the garbage. Garbage from last tenants was still in garage and we were unsure what to do with ours when we left. We called the “desk” to find out and we were assured maintenance would come however that never happened and I’m currently trying to contact someone to let them know garbage is still in the garage. Overall house was fine - no big issues that we couldn’t deal with - minus the wet laundry which was a pain. House 3.5/5 rating

The rental was very clean and nice. What I enjoyed the screened patio area. It enjoyable and relaxing. The property location was perfect.I will recommend this property. There's alot of steps for the upper floors, I only mentioned that because my elderly mother struggled with the stairs. Other than that we had a great stay and we will recommend this property to family and friends.
