Big and out of town so keeps you away from Marrakech hustle and bustle.

Nothing about this hotel is 5 stars. Dirty as dust. No facilities in room apart from bed. Not even tea. You get 2 towels even if you book for 3 people. Night staffs are rude. Had dead cockroaches in the bathroom when I first got there. Was subsequently upgraded to suite which was just a little bigger and cleaner room.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento en las habitaciones. No es un cinco estrellas en cuanto a habitaciones. Un tres estrellas normal. Pero esta bien por la.relación calidad-precio.

The building was nice but had seen some better days. We didn't get any plates, cups, spoons, iron or kettle in our rooms. Even though it has been advertised that all these services are available. We had to keep buying water from outside so no complimentery water was available either. It was extremely noisy every night so none of us have properly slept e.g. on our last night in room next door to us the staff was drilling and hammering a locker at 1am. When reported the guy said something in arabic and put the phone down. None of the staff can speak English so that is big problem. Duvet were really old and they were the type that had no washable covers so I suppose every guys wears the same duvet Bath tub was leaking in one of the room and when report anything they just say "no problem". I will not recommend this hotel even to my enemy. This hotel shouldn't be classed as 5 stars as I have seen even B and B's with better services than this.

Nothing but shabby corridors and irrespectful employees. The shower was leaking in one room and I fall and broke my arm. We ended moping the floors in the morning The other room heater didn't work and we were in freezing cold and couldn't sleep. I have a disabled kid with AUTISM and the night went HORRIBLE...

solo hay una pega deverian revisar las duchas ya que en las dos habitaciones que hemos cogido cuadro te duchas se sale el agua tenian la alcachofa de la ducha ma salia mas agua que el que devia y se caea al suelto y hay que estar fregando y el agua se sale del baño hacia ha habitación

Très déçue de mon séjour : Service très dégradé ne mérite même pas 2 étoiles Tous les jours je réclame les serviettes et le papiers toilette aux femmes de chambres Le numéro 9 de la réception ne répond jamais on est obligé de se déplacer et faire tout le chemin pour réclamer quelque chose qui devrait être normalement disponible dans la chambre comme le bouilloire je l ai réclamé 2 jours avant de le recevoir Mon mari est tombé malade je suis allée à la réception vers 20h du soir pour lui demander un médecin conventionné ! à ma surprise le monsieur mince avec des lunettes me dit on a pas de médecin précis seule une infirmière mais qui est déjà partie ! J ai du appelé un urgentiste que j’ai trouvé sur internet Meuble de la chambre cassé ( tiroirs ) Une partie du bois du balcon arrachée ( très dangereux pour les enfants au 2 eme étage ) j ai pris des photos! Pour le personnel : Rachid de la restauration était sympa et serviable La dame aux cheveux blancs Jaunes avec les lunette et un monsieur de la réception très gentils et d ailleurs c’est eux qui m ont dit le jour de mon départ qu’ils ont un bon medecin et que justement leur collègue devait me le proposer! Bref cet hôtel à bannir les prochaines fois …

Trop de défaillance dans l’hôtel, plus de 1h30 pour s’enregistrer pas de serviette, abat jour cassé rideaux qui ne ferment pas on m’a dit de le coincé avec le fauteuil pas de draps un comble pour un hôtel. Une équipe d’animation inexistante, saleté des chambres, odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain, une serviette pour deux, et lorsqu’on demande aux personnels de ménage, ils me disent que désolé, ils déposeront plus tard Les draps et serviettes car ils sont partis au lavage. Donc il dépose tout au compte goutte. La femme de ménage qui passe 5 fois dans la chambre par jour. On est en vacances pas pour subir les allées et venues du personnel Je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. personnel incompétent et dépassé par les évènements. À fuir. C’est nullement un 4 -étoiles tout au plus 2 étoiles.

L’hôtel en lui même est bien, bon emplacement, parc aquatique top. Mais de sérieux travaux sont a envisagés.

Lit cassé, carrelage casser un peu partout, tout est abîmés dans la chambre les murs le sol, les plinthes. Dès qu’on tirer la chasse de l’eau partout. Des fourmis, même dans le lit ! Jamais vue autant de petite bête de ma vie dans une seule pièce. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est beau, mais même autour de la piscine il y a des travaux à faire. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bof bof.

The hotel had a good break-feast buffé and the facility was quite good but the pool was more for kids.

The reception staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful and professional but the cleaning staff were very unprofessional and incompetent, they did not clean good and they arguing with the customers. They cleaning staff were also making much noise when they were cleaning outside when you pay that much money you don’t expect to be treated in such a way. They were also asking about towels and how we should put them away that was unprofessional should we do their job? Its an important parameter for the customers comfort to have a professional cleaning staff especially when the hotel is a five star hotel. We contact the reception to inform about them about the incident where they contacted the manager but unfortunately she was not present. This shows how important it is for the cleaning manager to show up and do her job when they are needed which they are getting pay for. I hope that someone overall responsible assimilates the information above and does something about it for future reference.

Location, stuff

Not clean I found roach in hallway, missing towels, no phone to call for room services, door key card not working every time I have to lobby for fixing it. Pool stuff unprofessional smoking around the pool and dropping cigarettes but to floor , they don’t look professional like security do . The pool cleaning guys almost hit my wife with pool net can .

Didn't get the beds i ordered in several occasion; reception staff care only about money and paying ; beds uncomfortable. More cleanliness in stairs ; corridors is needed.

*Some staff were nice and helpful, while others would neglect your demand. *Problems in bathrooms, shower head, leakage... *The property needs to be maintained , old carpets in corridors, old paint... *Towels were clean but old *Our arrival was very late at night as mentioned in the booking note, but when we arrived we had to stay at the reception with small children for half an hour as the receptionist was on the phone saying that he had a problem with the system, and we asked for water, he brought us warm tap water!! While nobody in Morocco drinks tap water!! *Breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.30, and at 10.30they start cleaning the buffet regardless of the number of people still at the restaurant *Terasse in the room doesn't have chairs

The pool remains the only bright spot in this hotel.

I've been in this hotel before pre-pandemic. It was a great hotel. Now wear and tear can be seen everywhere. The carpets in the hallway have spots on then and seen better days. The bathroom door touches the floor and need to be pushed hard to close. The breakfast quality has diminished considerably. The creamer in the coffee machines is sweet. The choices are limited. Everything have changed for the worse. The staff is trying to do their best, but it's hard to accommodate customers when there's nothing you can do about the state of things. The hotel needs a major face lift.

We upgraded to a room with a balcony for 800 dirham ( not supplied with the original booking even though the description said the room would have one). the bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious and they’d even put a line over the bath to hang wet swimsuits. The staff were very nice at all times.

The food on offer was very well cooked and prepared but nearly always the same, lots of salad on offer which I like but by the 8th day I was a bit bored with it. Only 1 restaurant was open not 3 as stated in the description. Perhaps this was because we stayed in June, out of season. The spa, gym and go carting were not open.

Best thing about the hotel was the pool, great for families with children

Poor experience with checkin given keys and left to find room, room size was good but the road it looked onto was very noisy all night. Rooms lacked all the accessories, No drinking water, no tissues, no iron, no coffee facilities, no robes as mentioned and no slippers. . Breakfast and dinner were very simple and often cold and undercooked, no drinks included with dinner options, all extra cost. Good selection of desserts though. Staff spoke very little English, the pool staff and cleaning staff tried hard to be helpful. No way this can be described as a 5* hotel would struggle to achieve 3*. Poor management and skimping on the basics for a 5* facility. Also in the flight path of the local airport.
