One bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, while the second bedroom has easy access to the shared bathroom just outside the room.

The home offers two full bathrooms for convenience and privacy. One is an ensuite with a relaxing tub and shower, and the second is a shared full bath. Both are fully stocked with essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

The second floor is where the home truly shines. A full kitchen is ready for anything from morning coffee to full meals, while the living room invites you to relax among unique collectibles that give the space personality and charm. Large windows and easy deck access make this the perfect spot to gather and unwind.

Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is #4, fits one mid-sized vehicle, and is the farthest one on the left.
The spot is narrow, but fits most small and mid-sized vehicles (I have a Jeep Cherokee, and we fit just fine, but anything larger such as pickup trucks or oversized SUVs will not fit).
If someone is parked in the spot, check with the other unit renters in case they are parked there erroneously.
Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1st - November 3rd, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.

We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others, such as an exterior pathway with some steps up and down, or bedrooms on a lower basement level, so please review the listing prior to booking.
Being part of a quiet building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors.
Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!
We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.
We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.
We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.
Our property is a smoke-free property (interior and exterior per HOA rules)

❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
