Notia Suite is set within a beautifully restored early 20th century building in the complex, a setting that recalls the refined elegance of aristocratic island living. The architecture features high ceilings, arched details and grand interiors that reflect the island’s historic Venetian influences, while the atmosphere throughout the common areas is one of quiet sophistication. Adjacent to the main heritage building, the newer suites have been designed to blend contemporary comfort with timeless charm. The central courtyard between the buildings provides a serene gathering space with a veranda where breakfast is served daily, along with a shared pool and luxurious sun loungers that invite moments of calm throughout the day.

Offering approximately 40 square metres of well-appointed living space, Notia Suite has been thoughtfully designed to ensure both comfort and privacy. The suite includes a Queen-size bed, a sofa bed suitable for an additional guest, a comfortable sitting area and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and premium toiletries. The interior is soundproofed and air-conditioned, and features include a smart flat-screen television, minibar, coffee machine and complimentary Wi-Fi. A particular highlight is the private furnished balcony with outdoor hot tub, ideal for peaceful hours spent overlooking either the courtyard or the surrounding village.

Guests of the complex can expect discreet and attentive service, with housekeeping provided daily. Breakfast may be included depending on the chosen rate plan. Local government climate or overnight stay taxes may apply and are payable locally upon arrival. Certain services such as private transfers, in-room dining, spa treatments or special arrangements are available on request and may incur additional charges. A security deposit or credit card pre-authorisation may be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Notia Suite offers an elegant and tranquil base for those wishing to enjoy the island in comfort, combining the atmosphere of a historic residence with the ease of contemporary amenities.
