The accommodation:
Welcome 🌟 to this authentic house that will allow you to recharge your batteries.
You will arrive through an entrance hall allowing you to make yourself comfortable and take off your shoes.
Coat racks are available.
You will enter the living room with a kitchen open to the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, and small appliances (filter coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, kettle); will allow you to prepare good dishes for you and your family. Everything you need to enjoy a seafood platter is available: oyster knife, nutcracker, picks.
The living room offers a beautiful relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs to be able to meet. Television is available.

✅On the first floor,
a 9m² bedroom where the original floor has been preserved and the stones highlighted. The bed is 140x190. Finally, there is a separate toilet and a spacious shower room with a washing machine.

✅ On the first floor,
- a master suite with its shower room and toilet offers magnificent volumes with a queen-size bed and a beautiful dressing room.
- A second bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 is in front of another shower room with toilet.

✅ On the top floor, a very nice reading, relaxation and cocooning area which offers a view of the sea in the background.

🏠The house has private parking, a beautiful garden space and a large terrace. You will find a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and a beautiful table for you to eat outside.

• Wild beaches: In a few minutes, reach the beaches of Mesperleuc, Gwendrez or Kersiny. Whether you are a fan of surfing, swimming or simply walking with your feet in the sand, they are waiting for you.
Sébastien's favourite: Mesperleuc and then finish with a drink in Pors Poulhan.

• The mythical Pointe du Raz: Only 20 minutes away, contemplate the ocean in this grandiose place classified as a Grand Site de France.

• The GR34 walks: The coastal path passes close by and offers breathtaking panoramas of the ocean, the cliffs and the lighthouses. A paradise for walkers and photographers.

• Audierne and its port: Stroll through its narrow streets, stock up on fresh products at the market, enjoy a pancake on the terrace or embark for the island of Sein. We are lucky enough to be able to enjoy a cinema, a swimming pool and a small Aquashow zoological park. On Saturdays you can enjoy the weekly market. You are also close to 2 supermarkets. There are also many restaurants, shops and bars.
Valérie's favourite: La Cantina in Poulgoazec and its delicious Fish and Chips.

• Breton culture: Visit the chapels, menhirs and typical crosses, take part in the festoù-noz or discover the local craftsmen and creators.

• We are close to Locronan and its typical Breton village, Douarnenez and the port-rhu, Quimper and our magnificent cathedral. A little further on you can explore Crozon and its peninsula, the islands of Glénan, Brest.

• A 12-minute walk from the house, you have a bus stop that serves Quimper, Douarnenez, the timetables of which you will find on Breizh Go.
