Beary Comfy is a two-bedroom cabin in Sevierville, sitting about five miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge and five from downtown Gatlinburg.

Two bathrooms, three beds, sleeping six. A king upstairs, a queen on the main level, and a third bed.

The hot tub is out on the deck. Inside there's a jetted tub, a pool table, and a gas fireplace that runs October through March. Smart TVs throughout, and you can sign into your own streaming accounts rather than working out someone else's.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a charcoal grill down in the parking area if you'd rather cook outside — bring your own charcoal.

Distances
- The Island, Pigeon Forge: 5 miles
- Downtown Gatlinburg: 5 miles
- Dollywood: 7 miles
- Great Smoky Mountains National Park: about 20 minutes

Getting here
The road in is a mountain road and a car is essential. [Matthew — this section needs the real detail. Your OwnerRez tags say "Windy or steep roads" and "Friction - High", and right now the listing says nothing about it. Tell me what the approach actually involves — grade, surface, whether AWD matters in winter, how many steps to the door — and I'll write it properly. Guessing at it would be worse than leaving it out.]

Also worth knowing
- Six guests across two bedrooms means the third sleeping space is outside a bedroom, so this suits a family or a group comfortable with that rather than three couples wanting separate rooms.
- The gas fireplace runs October through March.
