This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!

The room and hotel were very clean. The property is very close to the airport. The beds are comfortable, with is very clean and soft linen.
We rented two rooms and the only inconvenience was that the shower floods the bathroom floor a little after more than one shower.
I would recommend. Very good price as well.

Staff were very helpful, I booked this for a group of 7 people, I was in Toronto and guests had arrived in Istanbul already! The staff took the time to respond to my messages when I lost connection with my family to let me know that they had arrived safely to the hotel and checked in.
