Friendly House Rules

No Smoking in the House

If you need to light up, no worries — just step 15 ft away from the home.
Our walls like to stay fresh and smoke-free… and so do future guests.

Please Be Shower-Conscious:

Our water is hauled in and delivered every Monday, so please keep showers reasonable.
No timer, no pressure — just helping us make sure everyone has enough water to enjoy their stay. Some guests before you have taken… let’s just say… championship-level long showers

Fire Safety:

Before you tap into your inner camping expert, please check the fire signs on the highway.
If they say NO BURNING, they mean it — Smokey the Bear isn’t messing around.
Help us protect our forest and keep everyone safe.

Pets Are Welcome (With a Heads Up!)

We love animals — seriously. Just make sure to add them to your reservation.
There is a pet fee that helps us keep things clean and comfortable for future guests.
