Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a bright 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For added convenience, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
