Located in Pass Time Cottages this home is just a short walk to the beach (approximately 5 minute walk) or the lagoon (approximately 3 minute walk)! This is the perfect location for your family gathering. Enjoy the day hanging out at the beach take an afternoon dip in the pool and finish the day off fishing in the lagoon. This beautiful, family-friendly home offers a full amenities package for you to enjoy while you enjoy some peace and quiet along the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

"Lovins Life Beach Cottage" is a dog friendly 4 bed-4 bath house. This unique property offers a main level bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with an additional 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs. Most beach cottages like this one do not offer a main level bedroom. The open floor plan effortlessly combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The kitchen offers a full stainless steel appliance package, granite tops, drip style and k cup coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, pots, pans and plenty of dinnerware. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your family! The dining area has a table with 8 chairs and the breakfast bar has seating for 4 as well! If you don't feel like cooking there are several dining options just a couple miles away.

Once the family is fed enjoy some relaxation and Gulf Views on the sundeck, equipped with comfortable chairs or make the short walk to the Lagoon to catch some fish or the beach to catch some waves or hang out in the pool (seasonally heated March and April only), the options are endless at "Lovins Life Beach Cottage"!

If you're looking for outdoor adventures, Gulf State Park is nearby, offering scenic hiking, fishing, picnicking, and roughly two-and-a-half miles of beach. Nearby you can also find zip-line courses, hot air balloon rides, Segway adventures, and more fun things to try.

The sleeping arrangements are setup perfectly to accommodate 14 guests! 3 of the bedrooms have King size beds and the 4th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have TV's and en-suite bathrooms.

Dog Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation when you click the box stating you are traveling with a pet. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• All pets must be on the reservation.
• All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
• No aggressive pets are allowed
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the home.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

Please Note:
1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the house! Smoking is only allowed outside the house and in designated smoking areas throughout the common areas.

Extended Stay Discounts Available!
Terrys Vacation Rentals offers extended stay discounts on reservations that are booking 28 nights or more in November, December, January and February. The discount will automatically apply itself once your dates are selected. Contact Terrys Vacation Rentals with any questions, I am happy to help!

Parking notes: There is on-site parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The unit owner or the HOA is not responsible for damages to your vehicle or theft from your vehicles should any occur. Boats, trailers, campers and RV's are not allowed.

**Important Procedures and Policies:**

*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.

* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.

* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.

* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
