Ghost Estate is not a holiday rental. It is a statement.

Positioned directly on the Noosa beachfront and widely regarded as Australia's most luxurious holiday home, Ghost Estate is a property that operates in a category entirely its own. Designed by Chris Clout with an obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to quality that is rarely seen, this is a space where coastal living is elevated to an art form.

This house is fully staffed to ensure your stay is met with premium service and they are there ready to make any request possible.

The aesthetic is coastal luxe; refined, considered, and deeply beautiful. Natural textures meet premium finishes, and a palette inspired by the surrounding Noosa landscape creates interiors that feel both sophisticated and effortlessly liveable.

Accommodating up to 12 guests across five stunning bedrooms and six luxurious bathrooms, the estate offers a sense of space and grandeur that transforms a holiday into something far more significant. The chef's kitchen, private gym, resort-style pool and spa, and sweeping outdoor entertaining areas combine to create an environment that feels less like a rental and more like a private resort curated entirely for you.

What sets Ghost Estate apart is the seamless way it connects inside with out. The interiors open effortlessly to expansive entertaining spaces and direct beach access, dissolving the boundary between home and coastline entirely. Light pours in, the ocean air moves freely through, and Noosa's extraordinary natural beauty becomes part of the experience at every turn.
