About the Building & Accessibility
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a classic, historical building in Moda.
Please note:
- No Elevator: There are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
- Vintage Charm: The building entrance and stairs reflect the authentic, historical texture of the neighborhood. The stairs are narrow, and the entrance has a vintage look common to old Moda buildings.
- Strollers: Due to limited space in the building hallway, strollers and bikes must be kept inside the apartment.

Neighborhood Harmony
This is a peaceful family building, and we cherish our relationship with our neighbors. To maintain this harmony:
- Quiet Hours: We ask for silence after 10:00 PM.
- No Parties: Parties, crowds, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask you to be mindful of noise levels at all times.

Note: There is no TV in the apartment, but we provide a projector for your entertainment!

Guest Interaction
We are just a message or phone call away! Since we live and work nearby, we are available 24/7 to help with anything you might need.

Let's Connect: We love getting to know our guests! If your schedule allows, let us know—we’d be delighted to meet up for a coffee and a chat.
