Overall it was a wonderful stay, house was large and bedrooms were placed far away from communal areas so quiet could be reached even if people were up late in communal areas. On the listing it stated hot tub needed to be requested 24 hours in advance but when I requested it, I was told that it was a 72 hour notice. Not being able to use the hottub was disappointing. The front gate was not always consistent when letting rideshares into the community (uber and Lyft) Sometimes they required us to walk to front gate from the property other times the rideshares were let inside. It was very hit or miss.My group had some issues checking in as not all guest names were supplied to gate after I was asked to supply all names on several different occasions (rental agreement and through text 24 hours before check in)Also none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked, I was told a maintenance person was going to be dispatched but they never arrived.Overall great stay but these small inconveniences did become annoying.

We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was big and beautiful. The pool was big and clean.

Difficult dealing with Vacasa corporate people. Local reps were helpful. Corporate told me I had to go to local office for check in which was very inconvenient. Local people checked me in remotely.
