The Space:

Rare 2nd-Floor Villa with Soaring Ceilings + Lake/Fountain Views

Welcome to one of GreenLinks’ most sought-after layouts — a rare second-floor floor plan found only in the 1700 and 100 buildings. With soaring ceilings and a more open concept design than other villas, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence feels bright, spacious, and effortlessly relaxing.

The primary suite features a king bed, serene views of the trees and lake, a private en suite bathroom, and direct access to the lanai. The guest bedroom is positioned at the front of the villa with a queen bed, and the second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the room.

Step onto the lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wind-down at the dining set for four, overlooking a peaceful lake and fountain. For longer stays, you’ll love the thoughtful layout touches — including a dedicated laundry room tucked away near the kitchen for a cleaner, more streamlined living space.

Green Links Golf Villas at Lely Resort offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and resort-style amenities in one of Naples’ most desirable golf destinations.
