The Pereire neighbourhood is one of the most sought-after areas in Arcachon, located west of the town centre. From your address on Boulevard de l'Océan, you are a stone's throw from Pereire beach, making it very easy to enjoy the bay, sunbathing, swimming or simply long walks by the sea.
