Just two blocks from West Beach and set slightly farther from the train station than the main Marlowe Seaside Inn, the Annex offers a quieter, more private retreat while still keeping you close to the city’s vibrant waterfront and downtown.

Inside, you’ll find two distinct yet complementary suites that can be enjoyed separately or together. On the ground floor, the Family Suite provides a true home-away-from-home, with a king bedroom, cozy living area with twin bunk beds, a full kitchen, dining room, and a private, enclosed garden patio—perfect for cooking meals, gathering as a family, or letting little ones play in the sunshine. Upstairs, the Terrace Suite has the feeling of a breezy beach bungalow, with a plush king bed, vintage record player, and recliners for relaxing evenings, plus a terrace with sweeping mountain views that’s ideal for enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.
