The stylish Villa Copinya Blanca sets new standards for a holiday home on Mallorca that is both close to the beach and in the village. The proximity to the sea, as the municipality of Santanyí has a coastline of approx. 35 km, is ideal for those who like to combine beach and village due to its location in the pretty coastal town of Cala Santanyí. Nevertheless, you also have a pleasant feeling of being in the countryside here, as the residence is located on the edge of the village and the expanse of the fields awaits you behind the stone wall enclosure. The sheltered and well-tended garden with Mediterranean plants and a fine green area invites you to relax on a sun lounger in the shade of the trees. The centrepiece of the garden is the 50 m² pool with comfortable steps. An outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower round off the garden comfort. The cosy outdoor kitchen also benefits from this, where you can spend convivial evenings around the barbecue. The house itself has a large veranda with lounge character and an additional dining area for the ultimate holiday experience.

Wherever you look, every detail has been thought through and completes the harmonious picture. This also applies to the interior design of this high-quality holiday home with its spacious layout on two floors. You can choose your own dining area, whether outdoors, in the open-plan dining area of the living room or in the cosy kitchen. With the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, self-catering is part of the holiday relaxation programme. In the cosy living area, you can switch on the TV on cooler evenings. The charming villa is not only suitable as a summer home, but also as the perfect destination for a break during the mild winter season on Mallorca. With central heating and air-conditioned rooms, up to eight people can relax wonderfully in Copinya Blanca all year round. This also applies to the air-conditioned double bedrooms, which are perfectly furnished to give a light country house touch and give you a wonderful holiday feeling in XXL format. The elegant Villa Copinya Blanca boasts a perfectly landscaped garden with oasis-like greenery, pool, outdoor kitchen and spacious terraces. The high-quality holiday home is located within an urbanisation in Cala Santanyí. As it is located right on the edge of the village, there is only occasional through traffic. You can even stroll through the village on foot to run your errands. The same applies to the beautiful azure blue bay with fine sand in the centre of Cala Santanyí.
