The apartment was clean and well kept, the range, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer work well. The unit has separate Ac for the living room and each bedroom. Building access is thru the steel gate which is opened by code and the exit button is at the base of the stairs. It is located in Old San Juan and has many Restaurant, shops, Museums, and bars in close walking distance. As stated in prior reviews there is some noise in the street but when the bedroom doors are closed it is not an significant issue. A trash bin is located just outside of the unit and is emptied 3 or 4 times a day by the city. There are 2 other units in the building and we rarely saw anyone and never heard anyone else in the building. We would stay here again.

This was nicely located. A little confusing at first on how to get in. Wish there would had been a pump for the air mattress. Also a step for the balcony would had been nice. The 2 bedroom were nice, liked the open living space. Washer & dryer were nice to have. We had 6 people & felt crowded. Hostess left a very nice welcome gift. Would stay here again.
