Welcome to this beautiful villa, which welcomes you close to the sun-kissed east coast of Mallorca with a cosy garden oasis of palm trees and shady trees. Here, cosy furniture invites you to spend the whole day outdoors. There is also a refreshing pool where you can swim a few laps as soon as you get up. Use the in-house sports equipment for your morning workout or soak up the peaceful atmosphere while practising yoga on the manicured lawn. A barbecue is available for warm summer evenings and you can look forward to long, Mediterranean nights with wine and candlelight in your favourite spot.

At the top of the tower, a first-class terrace awaits you, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the coast, while the cosy, air-conditioned tower room promises restful nights. In the comfortable kitchen, you have plenty of space for culinary inspiration, which you can enjoy together with your loved ones at the stylish dining table. Numerous windows flood the living room with light; in the centre, a wood-burning stove radiates cosiness, providing additional comfort in the evening. Choose a board game or browse through the small collection of books for an exciting read.

The turquoise waters of the east coast are within walking distance. Take a stroll along the outskirts of Font de Sa Cala in search of bays and you'll be spoilt for choice. The small village offers a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as various shops. If you want to indulge in culinary delights or immerse yourself in the colourful nightlife, you can look forward to the maritime ambience in Cala Ratjada, just a few kilometres away.
