A large, extremely well-kept garden with lawns, tall palm trees, fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the chic Mallorca farmhouse called Villa Anna. Several paths run through the area and connect the various recreational areas. Right next to the house there are covered terraces that offer plenty of space for sunbathing and sitting with a beautiful view of the garden. A barbecue for grilling is of course also available. In the 13 metre long, easily accessible pool, there is plenty of space for splashing around or doing laps. An outdoor shower rounds off the options for cooling off outdoors. Children travelling with you will be entertained by the swings. A real highlight is the sauna in a separate building for special wellness moments. Conveniently, there is also a WC and shower here.

A very spacious interior promises a high degree of privacy in this high-quality home. Large floor tiles, a pleasant incidence of light and harmoniously coordinated furniture characterise the pleasant, very stylish atmosphere. On the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a spacious dining room. There are also three bedrooms on this level (one of which has its own bathroom), a laundry room and a further bathroom. A further bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the balcony is located on the upper floor of this tasteful farmhouse in Mallorca. The presence of a fireplace and underfloor heating makes year-round living here absolutely inviting and comfortable. The chic farmhouse Villa Anna is quietly situated on a large plot in the south of Mallorca. The beautiful coastal town of Cala D'Or is only 5 minutes away by car. You can reach several attractive bays by car. The car park to Cala Sa Nau or Cala Mitjana can be reached in 15 minutes.
