Located in a quiet and wooded domain of one hectare with 20 houses, this villa can accommodate up to 5 people and will offer all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday, including air conditioning and Wifi in all rooms.
It has on the first floor a large air-conditioned living room with recent and well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and extractor, kettle, toaster, Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers), dining area, living room with sofa, armchairs and television, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 (separable into two single beds), a large dressing room and mosquito nets on the windows, finally a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160x200 (separable into two single beds), a single bed 80x200, a large dressing room and mosquito nets on the windows.
Outside, you can enjoy the large private terrace and its dining area sheltered under a pergola, its deckchairs or its private garden overlooking the maquis, all offering like the rooms a small sea view.
The swimming pool of the large residence (12mx7m), heated and secured by a barrier, surrounded by deckchairs and parasols, will be shared in peace with the occupants of the other mini-villas of the estate.
A private parking space is at your disposal.
The most beautiful beaches of South Corsica are only a few steps from the estate: Palombaggia and Carataggio (within walking distance), Tamaricciu, Santa Giulia, ... Porto-Vecchio is about ten minutes away by car.
