This loft-style apartment features a living room, kitchen, and 2 balconies; the bedroom is on the second floor with its own bathroom, and there is also a bathroom on the first floor.

Only the people (guests) who originally checked in may enter and leave the apartment and use the building’s facilities.
VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Note: The key deposit is 15,000 Colombian pesos per person (children under 5 years old are exempt!).

The building is secure and has a 24-hour front desk.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. It has one bedroom with a 1.60m bed. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the living room.

Important notes:

* Upon arrival at the building, you must check in at the front desk and present your ID. If you are a foreign national, you must present your passport (mandatory requirement).

* If you are accompanied by a minor, the minor must be your son, daughter, brother, or sister (you must present a birth certificate and an ID card proving your relationship).

* Only the individuals (guests) who initially checked in may enter and leave the apartment and use the building’s facilities; VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED—building rules.

* If you are bringing a vehicle, it must be registered at the front desk so that you may use the parking lot during your stay.

* The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Mondays, the pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance. It is important to respect the hours of operation and the rules of conduct. Food and glass containers are not permitted. Guests will be held responsible for any fines resulting from misuse, damage, or failure to comply with the rules.

* Guests are strictly prohibited from disrupting the peace within the condominium due to personal issues, alcohol, drugs, etc. Parties are not permitted.

*The use of cigarettes, tobacco, drugs, and hallucinogenic substances is strictly prohibited.

* The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities and for fines resulting from misconduct, whether in the apartment or in the building in general.

* Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 p.m. out of courtesy to other neighbors.

* IMPORTANT. For every four (4) nights of your reservation, you are entitled to a complimentary apartment cleaning service. If you wish to use this service, please schedule the date and time at least 24 hours in advance.

* When your stay ends, please check out at the front desk.
