The apartment is intended for use by the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Please do not exceed this number.

Cleanliness:
Dispose of all trash in the provided trash bags. We appreciate your efforts to recycle glass and cans. Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left excessively dirty.

No Parties or Events:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Furniture:
Please do not move any furniture or large items within the apartment.

Security:
Always ensure that doors and windows are securely closed and locked when you leave the apartment.

Compliance with Local Laws:
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during your stay.
