Welcome to our historic apartment, which enchants with its four bright rooms. A spacious living and dining area invites you to spend cozy hours here, complemented by three comfortable bedrooms. The apartment features large windows that capture the sunlight and fill every room with warmth. A charming little kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub offer excellent comfort. Please note that there is no elevator in the building and no air conditioning in the apartment. Instead, fans are available.

We have set up a self-check-in system for your convenience. This allows for a flexible arrival without the need for a personal key handoff.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed instructions explaining how to use the electronic lock code or where to find the key box. Please read and follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth check-in.

For your convenience, we offer free parking right next to the building. You’ll recognize the parking lot by a sign that says “Airbnb Guests.” The parking lot is located on Wehtnalerstrasse, which runs parallel to Furttalstrasse. To access it, you’ll need to drive over the curb and across the yellow bus lane. Immediately to the right of the parking lot, you’ll find the silver trash bins, which are available for your use during your stay.

Please note that the washer and dryer are available for your use from Saturday through Sunday. There is a small fee of CHF 0.20 per wash cycle. If you’d prefer to dry your laundry naturally, feel free to use the clothes rack in the apartment.
Please be considerate of the neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Maximum number of guests: The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Key handover: Please do not lose the key. If lost, the guest will be responsible for the associated costs.

Cleanliness: All trash must be disposed of in the trash bag provided by us. We appreciate it if you recycle glass and cans. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left heavily soiled.

No parties or events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Furniture: Please do not move any furniture or large items within the apartment.

Security: Please always close and lock the doors and windows when you leave the house.

Compliance with local laws: Please observe all applicable local laws and regulations.

Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m.

If you need to check in early or check out late, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Smoking: Not permitted anywhere in the building.

Pets: Not allowed.

In case of damage: Please notify us immediately.

Additional costs for damage or loss:
An inventory list is provided in the apartment. Please check immediately to see if any items are damaged or missing. If you do not file a loss or damage report on move-in day, you will be liable for any items that are lost or damaged after you move out.
