It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a study area, two bathrooms (with shower) and a vast 4000 m² garden planted with trees. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV and sofas.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A veranda with a dining area
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A study area with a sofa bed (140x190) that can be converted into a bed (sleeps two)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A 7 m² balcony overlooking the garden
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is located in Cabriès, in very pleasant surroundings. Ideal for a family holiday, a break with friends, or simply a well-deserved break in an inspiring setting. Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gravel driveway in front of the house, on the plot (5 vehicles).

- Aix-en-Provence TGV station, 15 minutes away
- Marseille-Provence airport, 20 minutes away
- Bus at the foot of the road (50m walk).
