Florence Nest B-side is a cozy, comfortable and quiet apartment, where you can pleasantly spend your stay in the city.
Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, it is equipped with every comfort: bed linen and towels, minibar, wi-fi, wash machine, air conditoning in the bedroom.
On the first floor of a historic building of early 900, it develops its 50sqm in a hall, two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, all rooms with tall windows that provide light and pleasant views.
It can accommodate 6/7 people in complete independence, thaks to a sofa-bed in the kithchen and to a single bed that can be added in the bedroom.

It is located on Via Catalani, 1000 meters from the Santa Maria Novella railway station, which connects Florence to Rome and Milan with fast trains every 15 minutes. It’s very well connectend by public transport connections to all points of the city, 2 tram stops from the heart of Florence.

Check in is from 15:00, but if you need to leave your luggage before, let me know at least one day in advance and will try to help.
Check out time is by 10:30 am but if you need to leave luggage just inform me on arrival.

Even with the private apartments there is the obligation of the owner to collect the personal data of visitors to the end of the communication organ of local public safety.

How to arrive
If you arrive by train, you can walk for about 15/20 minutes with the help of a navigator or take the T2 tram from Alamanni (station) to Belfiore then walk 200 meters to the apartment.

The cost of the tram ticket is always 1.70 euros and lasts 90 minutes, it can be purchased in contactless mode on board or at the vending machines at each stop.

If you arrive by plane, you can easily take the only T2 tram to Redi station and then walk 200 meters to the apartment.

If you arrive by bus at Villa Costanza, you can take tram T1 and then T2 to Belfiore station.
If you arrive by bus in Piazzale Montelungo, you can reach the apartment with a walk of about 10 minutes.

If you arrive by car, you can park in via Landini, the parallel road or elsewhere where there are blue lines, it is free from 8pm to 8am, the hourly rate is 2 euros per hour. The white stripes are for residents. From experience, it is a very poorly controlled area, it is good to be in compliance from 10am to 5pm.
You can also park at Garage Imperiale for 30 euros per day or at the MuoviAmo Giglio 2 garage in Via Corsica 27, online booking only at more advantageous prices.

House Rules
Respect for home and the objects in it will be greatly appreciated. Please treat my house as if it were your own.

Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Please be quiet avoiding crowds and screaming in the stairwell and at home.
Please have several precautions especially after 23:00.

Keep the house clean! Please wash dishes if I were used. We are confident that guests leave the house as they found it.

Please use towels for drying, not to clean makeup, blood or anything else, please use paper towels or wet wipes.

Pease you can smoke on the balcony without throwing the butts downstairs
