The Ruby Lee Room is warm, quaint and full of character. This room is decorated with beautiful quilts and vintage touches that give it a nostalgic, handcrafted feel. Guests feel wrapped in comfort, creating a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. It`s the perfect choice for guests who appreciate charm, warmth and a touch of old-fashioned comfort. The Ruby Lee room is a second story bedroom. The Ball Ground house is the premier place to stay in the downtown district!
1. Due to health regulations, the kitchen is not available for guest to use. You are however able to put labeled items in the fridge located in the kitchen during your stay.
2. We do not serve breakfast. In place of breakfast with us, you will be given Downtown Dollar Vouchers to use at downtown businesses such as Jill`s Bakery (wide variety of breakfast choices) or Barrel House (wide variety of coffee choices). Our Kerrig is always available for guest use for in house coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
3. Remember quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful to our other guests and neighbors that are private residences. Each room is equipped with a noise machine for your convenience.
4. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on our property.
5. If evidence of smoking, pets, glitter/confetti, or vomit in your room is found, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 cleaning fee.
