Clean with covered parking for boat.

Absolutely a great place with very friendly owners! The house was great, we enjoyed our stay! The only downside for me was a lack of communication when I asked questions before arriving. And with the owners next door, It didn't feel private if you wanted to enjoy the hot tub. They were so friendly that I hate to even say anything somewhat negative. Would absolutely go back and fully recommend it!
