▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use the provided ashtrays, which are emptied by the cleaners.
If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located in the dumpster next to the barn. The cleaning service handles all trash removal and coordinates pickup with Tmac. Please ensure all trash is securely tied in bags before placing it in the indoor bins. The cleaner will empty all bins into the dumpster. Thank you for helping us keep the property clean and orderly.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the rural location on a working farm, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

If you want an off grid hideaway tucked away in nature down a long and twisty road that is pleasantly loud with the sounds of tree frogs, This is the place! The king size bed with satiny cotton sheets was deliciously soft and cool-very indulgent! The cedar bedroom felt like a nature retreat-perfect in keeping with the remote meadow where this cottage is nestled. I appreciated the thorough info provided by the homeowner, but maybe a bit more of a heads up about just how out of the way this house really is (and dark at night)would have been appreciated. This house was all about homey comfort. My only suggestion for improvement would be to somehow increase the shower water pressure-it was a well stocked bathroom but with only adequate shower pressure (in my opinion).We noticed we tracked some dirt in so we found the broom and we swept it up, but the floors look like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite a while. And we couldn’t find a dustpan. The kitchen window was closed but it didnt seem likeit could lock shut. But wasnt really a safety concern as the kitche was @4 feet from ground and like i said above this house is pretty remotely situated.
