Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:
- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are permitted with prior written approval (1 dog maximum; no puppies under 1 year or aggressive breeds), subject to a non-refundable fee of $175.39 per stay and a signed rental agreement, while any unauthorized pets will incur a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

Great site for our annual family reunion. The house was immaculate and well laid out. The boat house was amazing with boat ramps, ,a water slide and all the fun toys. We had nightly pickleball tournaments and plenty of of spaces to watch the World Cup. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We'll be back

Absolutely STUNNING! Amazing host! If y’all are looking for a HIGH END stay that’s worth every cent, THIS is your spot. Easy check in. Great communication. SUPER clean house. Every possible amenity there is. We will 1000% be back. Thank you again to our gracious host for sharing their home with our family. SO many memories made. This property was absolutely beautiful! We had a group of 20 (ages 3-64) and it had loads to do for everyone. The house design was great, as it allowed for separation but also was open so that we NEVER felt crowded!! The lake and slide were great. The pickleball offered great fun. The pool was second to none!!!! The host (Horseshoe Bay Concierge Services) was AMAZING. They were available to us all weekend to assist with questions or concerns. We would definitely stay at this property again!!!

Absolutely phenomenal house. Love that it is at the “end of the road” for the River, and paddle boarding, going down the slide, etc is so easy because it is so calm. The pool, and pickle ball court were amazing. A few floats available, which was great, paddle provided and lots of pool towels. Inside was equally amazing. Rooms were great and spacious, beds comfy, bathrooms awesome! One of the biggest bonuses was how well stocked this house is! Dishes, coffee, salt & pepper, hand soap, detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. Would 100% stay here again!!!
