Here you stay just a few hundred meters from the water, surrounded by tall trees and peaceful paths. The renovated 83 m² holiday home offers three bedrooms in the main house—all with double beds—and a fourth bedroom with a double bed in a fully insulated annex. The open layout, large windows, and wood-burning stove create a relaxed and functional atmosphere.

The bright living room and kitchen connect naturally and open onto the large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy sun or shelter throughout the day. One bedroom has direct access to the terrace, and the annex provides flexible options for guests or larger families.

The terrace offers several outdoor zones for morning coffee, shaded lunches, or evenings in the outdoor hot tub. The covered area is perfect for grilling and gatherings, while the garden provides space for play, relaxation, and small outdoor projects.

The surrounding area is ideal for holidays. You’ll find peaceful forest trails, shallow beaches, and great opportunities for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. Nature is close by, as are small local attractions, charming harbours, and family-friendly activities. Cycling routes and walking paths make it easy to combine relaxation with active experiences.

With its quiet location in Lystrup Strand, the house is perfect for families and friends seeking a comfortable base with modern facilities and proximity to nature. Each day can take a new shape—while the sense of calm remains.
