Fantastic apartment, perfect for work or exploring east London. Mariah was super responsive and amazing sorting out any queries

The location was very central to bars, restaurants and public transport.
The apartment, although small, was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Access to the large terrace was a great bonus especially as the weather was hot.
Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was clean but very small.
A kettle would have been good to make tea as only a coffee maker was provided. There was a clean communal kitchen, which was usually empty but it was a few flights of stairs from our room.

Location was great. Staff were great for online check-in and ensuring all was in order with accommodation. Mariah in particular was very helpful.

I really enjoyed the location of the place and that everyone who was also staying there was friendly. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was pretty good.
The only thing was that it was quite difficult to understand how to get into the place, it was only until someone came up to me who was also staying there to help me get in. It was then easy after I knew but the person who I was in contact with didn't respond to my multiple messages. The bed was also just a pull out couch which is fine, but it's deceiving from the photos provided.
