La posizione e' il punto forte, imbattibile. La disponibilità dell'hotel e dei collaboratori anche. Era come essere in un contesto familiare. Ottima la doccia.

La stanza ha delle criticità, pulizia e pochi appoggi o sedute. Qualche parte di arredo da completare o sistemare.

La ubicacion excelente cerca de todas las atracciones. ANfitrion contesto enseguida siempre muy atento y Vitorio que nos recibio atento a todas nuestra necesidades un genio. El dpto estaba muy lindo solo que no tiene ventana pero apesar de ello no sentimos claustrofobia. Para mi es solo para 1 o 2 dias no mas, es muy pequeno y no tiene cocina. EN nuestro caso nos sirvio para recorrer el casco historico.

Location was great, the owner host was brilliant and even got us into the apartment earlier than we expected and offered luggage storage on the day we left and provided excellent advice on sightseeing attractions. The room was clean with a small good working fridge and working ac which was a necessity in the heat and a tv. Bed was very comfortable. Shower large and had good water pressure. It was closely located to major attractions and surrounded by great eateries and the alleyway to the apartment was was kept clean and appeared safe. Given the location and room, it was a reasonably priced apartment and if you shared it with potentially 3 people, although very crowded but possible, it would be a cheap stay. It wasn’t a well styled apartment but filled with random cabinets and furniture, but it also wasn’t an expensive place to stay. The host lived in the same alleyway so was always available if required and met us at the apartment.

The room was cluttered with what seemed like additional clothes storage cabinets one being a glass cabinet which we felt crowded and already small room. Possibly it was for an additional person as the apartment was divided in 2 with a couch that could be used as another bed. For a couple it seemed crowded but to split the cost of the apartment with 3 people potentially, it made the apartment more crowded but very affordable. A bit of street noise is heard late at night but not enough to disrupt our sleep

Good location and nice host

I paid for two beds, we arrived to only one bed in a tiny room. He said somehow the room with 2 beds got double booked. Then he said no problem he will bring us another bed. It was a small fold-up bed and very uncomfortable (see photo). No blankets, he said they don’t use blankets in Rome. Adding the small bed in a tiny 1 bedroom made the room very cramped (see photo). But they had such a late check-in of 5 pm (17:00) that now it seemed too late in the day to try to find something better, the others I had saved to a list got all booked by that time. The window next to the door would not close because the power cable to wi-fi had to go outside through the open window, so very noisy and hard to sleep. I felt the hosts were kind but the place was overpriced. How this got so many good reviews is very questionable. I feel I paid double of what the room was worth. Sorry to have to leave these comments but I must be honest in my reviews. I wish there were more honest reviews and maybe it would have saved me from booking this. But the hosts were all kind and treated us well.
