Very close to everything in town centre

Firstly, first impression is very important. I walked into my room and I was trying to have a glass of whisky and red bull and the glass was dirty. I took the glass straight away to reception. Very disappointed. The TV didn't work, I went to the reception and I asked the to do something about it, because I was going to town for an hour, and I told them that they have one hour to fix the TV because for me is very important to watch something over night. I came back and the reception guy said that everything is working now and I went upstairs and checked and nothing, still no channels on TV , no internet on TV for Netflix and prime TV or other channels. The receptionist has lied to me. No help or support. No interest to be helpful. No fridge in the room. A bit disappointed.
