I regularly stay here during my visits to Mangalore. Very central location, staff are very friendly and ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Early check in and late check out facilities were provided and this was very much appreciated. Prompt delivery of any parcels is vey convenient . There are two restaurants within the property as well as car parking .

1. WiFi was not working within the room allocated to me as it was at the end of the corridor . Stronger boosters are required. 2. Unable to use the room safe as the previous occupant had locked it with their code 3. Bathroom exhaust fan grill was clogged Reported these three points to the front desk however they did not seem to be able to resolve it during my stay

The hotel is a renovated building and has a restaurant in the building that helps to plan for meals. Things look new including rooms, stairs and lift area. Location is close to railway station and not far from the tourists attractions although cabs charge exorbitant (atleast double the government prescribed rate) prices and Uber/ola is used just for the leads.

Hotel asked for 50% payment in advance and doesn't follow booking.com confirmation and cancellation policies. It is on booking.com just to get leads. Rooms are small. No wifi is provided. I couldn't get early checkin and the keys for the second room were provided way beyond checkin time. They have very less staff to manage cleaning and room service requests and it could be an issue when hotel is running full during peaks. The bathrooms although clean are left incomplete after renovation. One room had exhaust and one didn't. One room had fan one didn't. No fridge, dryer in room when they are mentioned in facilities.
