It is a very good location, the resort amenities are very good. The location is a bit far from the beach, but close enough for a 8-9€ trip with uber so it comes in handy even if you drive and don’t want to find a parking spot on the beach. It’s a 3 min walk to the main resort pool (outdoor and indoor) and jacuzzi. It also has a support bar to chill out if you prefer. The main beaches in uber distance are amazing, as Portimao is well known for the beaches with caves and fantastic scenery. (praia da Prainha, dos 3 irmãos, do alvor, etc. The house has a/c in all divisions, large lcd’s in all rooms, very good WiFi signal, a fully equipped kitchen. Host is extremely helpful and always replied within minutes. If you value parking at home (as we do) there are plenty of parking spaces nearby the house.
