Location and price was good.
The hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke, was unpleasant but tolerable.

Ann greeted me at the front desk. She is amazing and so friendly! She also helped with an issue we had later on and it was resolved in no time at all! The beds were comfy -- the kitchen area was so handy. For the price, during Railbird, this was an absolute gem!
Air conditioner must have had smoke residue from before it went non-smoking. It wasn't horrible, but was definitely lingering.

Perfect location for Railbird Festival. Staff friendly and professional.
In the midst of extensive remodeling and drilling above our room was very noisy, although finished by about 6:30pm
