Queen bed suite was spacious. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linen and amenities
No English spoken at front desk. No instructions in the apartment to help operate combined microwave/oven/grill or washing machine but we managed.
No one on front desk could help us with luggage forwarding.
The apartments are not serviced and there is no rubbish/refuse room so it accumulated in our room until we checked out.

Good location, can easily walk to odori park or nakajima park. Near to all the action in susukino without being loud. Very new and clean. Built to a high standard. Very inviting lobby area.
Not really a hotel as such. No 24 hour reception. No phone in the room to call reception, no restaurant or bar on site, no room cleaning or turn down service etc. Not a problem as there is loads of food and drink options all around but something to bear in mind if you prefer the full cosseting experience of a hotel.

外観やロビーなどの雰囲気はとても良かった印象です。
客室内の清掃が行き届いていない印象で、特に気になったのが浴室です。
排水口の流れが良くなく、中を確認したところ長い髪の毛がたくさん絡まっておりました。
その他、洗面台に置いてある手洗石鹸の容器にほこりとや水垢ついていたり、客室にゴミが落ちていたりと清掃面はかなり残念でした。
