The owner Lucia is a lovely person, very helpful and communicative, and the house itself very cozy, clean and nice. Has all the things that You need, plenty of room, and comfortable bed. There's usually no problem with the parking, the place is quiet, just a few steps to the lake, and the water taxi. Close by You can find a shop with great local products. A really great Basecamp for local touring - bellagio, Como, Milano, varenna, just a few miles away. Couldn't be better 🤩

Small windows without a view really. But We didn't really mind, as it was peaceful and quiet, and the old Italian architecture is something else. 😉

This property was honestly excellent! It was in a great location with only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which took around 20 minutes to get to Bellagio and continued running until the evening. It was also only a short walk to the ferry point as another travel option to all the local villages which was very handy and had a shop right near by. It was beautifully presented inside and felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfy and it was in a quiet location up some steps into the houses off the main road which felt peaceful. Lucia was an exceptional host, communicated with us excellently and was very accommodating by letting us drop our bags off and then check in early due to the rain - this was much appreciated! Alongside this, Lucia also left some lovely touches by leaving some food items and a bottle of wine. We ended our trip with a sunset swim in the lake with a take away pizza from the local restaurant which again was only a 10 minute walk to get to the waterfront. Thanks for a lovely stay, we would definitely stay again and will recommend to any friends or family heading to Lake Como.

Nothing at all, everything was excellent.

Gibt nichts , was negativ war.
