It was a perfect spot to spend our holiday. The view and apartment was amazing. The neighborhood is calm and people are friendly. The breakfasts were really delicious and satisfying.

My wife needed a place to stay in Zemun, and what we found exceeded every expectation. As someone who regularly stays in five-star hotels, she told me that she felt more comfortable and genuinely more pampered here. The room is bright, spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail has been carefully chosen, from the exceptionally comfortable mattress and premium bedding to the furnishings and amenities. The view of the charming neighborhood, including the iconic Gardoš Tower, makes the experience even more special. The culinary experience deserves particular praise. Every meal is carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The menu offers an excellent selection of authentic Italian dishes and traditional local cuisine, including freshly squeezed juices, delicious bruschettas, outstanding Italian sandwiches, a wide variety of coffees, and exceptional desserts. The quality of the food easily rivals that of a high-end Italian restaurant. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality. Dejan and his employee Ivona went above and beyond to ensure my wife and son were comfortable and well looked after throughout their stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to guests create an atmosphere that is difficult to find, even in luxury hotels. We were so impressed that we have already booked another stay. For anyone visiting Zemun, this place offers a rare combination of comfort, outstanding food, exceptional service, and remarkable value. It comes with our highest recommendation. In many ways, the experience surpassed what we have encountered in five-star hotels. Worth every penny, and much more!
