Ein fantastischer Blick über das Dorf, kein Lärm durch Verkehr und nachts eine enorme Stille, mitten zwischen freundlichsten Menschen des Ortes und keine Touristen. Wirklich ein sehr schöner authentischer Ort:)

Honestly, we are blown away! Firstly, the host was very attentive and helpful before we even got to the accommodation - we received a sweet message with clear directions to the house. During our stay Vittorio was available via Whatsapp and helped us with any questions we had, even if unrelated to the accommodation itself. Now, the house itself is beautiful and serene. Every little detail is thought of: cold water bottles in the fridge, robes, slippers, many towels, coffee, snacks, a new closed set of dish washing materias (which i as someone with OCD really enjoyed), extra blankets and pillows, hand moisturiser in the bathroom next to the soap (the quality of provoded soap, moisturiser and body wash in shower are great - again something i really appreciate due to my sensitive skin), little bath bombs, list of recommendations and guides for the area etc. We were also surprised by a bottle of beautiful local wine. I could go on! What i personally also really appreciated was that the AC is not above the bed or towards the bed (common in accomodations) so you won't catch a cold in this heat. The bathroom itself is a little spa with an amazing view. Location is great as you have an incredible farm to table restaurant called Tenuta di Paganico Ristorante 7 minutes away, beaches 45 minutes away, ethical alpaca farm Albus Alpaca 5 minutes away and Bagni San Fillipo thermal pools an hour away. And free parking is a few minutes away.

This property is spectacular! The amount of thought, care, and high-quality craftsmanship that went into the renovation is truly astonishing. Everything felt brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. I only wish I had stayed longer. The views from the windows and the terrace in front of the unit were breathtaking, especially with the property located at the top of the hill in the historic area. It created such a unique and relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the sauna — they made the stay feel luxurious and incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen and the entire property were exceptionally well-equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was wonderful to communicate with, very responsive, and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Having free parking nearby was also extremely convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to the area. Highly recommended!
