Very clean easy check in and nice view and walking trail.
All in all great stay for the value.
The balcony rail was very very scary loose and major safety issue if you have smaller children or have a drink or two might have a bad night.

Location was beautiful and safe. Outside and inside was very clean. Beautiful view of the river. Spacious too!
If I have to pick one area to improve- The mattresses both felt a little worn, you felt like you were sloping towards the middle of the bed.

Great location on the river! It had enough.
The cabinet under the sink has lost.paint from use as that is where the garbage is and the fridge needed dusting.
