The stairs - especially with heavy luggage.

Die stilvolle und etwas andere Ausstattung mit sehr viel Charme und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und herrschaftlich gefühlt. Die Wanne im Zimmer ist ein Highlight, die Toilette im Zimmer witzig und kein Problem, da es 1 Etage tiefer noch eine weitere Toilette gibt.

Großartig würden wir finden, wenn es noch Frühstück gäbe.

Lage direkt oberhalb der Mosel sehr schön. Unsere Wohnung Pablo hatte ein Fenster mit Moselblick. Wir sind mit dem Kanu angereist und haben uns daher über die Sauna im Zimmer gefreut. Sehr nett war auch die Unterstützung bei der Unterbringung unseres Kanus. Generell extrem freundliche Menschen. Das gilt auch für das Restaurant dessen Besuch ich jedem Gast unbedingt empfehle. Obwohl die Wohnung über dem Restaurant liegt war es nachts angenehm ruhig. Ganz selten hörte man ein paar alte Balken knarren was aber nicht störend war. Das Haus von 1886 ist sehr schön restauriert und verfügt daher - genau wie die Zimmer - über einen ganz eigenen Charme.

Es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine und einen Teekocher. Da es kein Frühstück gibt wäre vielleicht ein kleiner Kühlschrank schön. Aber da es genügend Cafés um die Ecke gibt ist es kein echtes Problem (vermutlich wären die dann auftretenden Krümel und Dreck für das historische Ambiente auch lästig).

The dinner was very nice. They accommodated us at a nice table overlooking the river on the day we arrived. Wines were excellent. The staff was very nice. The overall concept of the property is good.

The toilet and bath tub are in the same room where you sleep, separated by a divider. If you don't want to use the toilet in the room you have to go down some stairs. We could not get the handheld shower to work and got cold water on my head from the overhead shower as I was trying figure it out. The shower curtains only cover half of the tub in a circle so you shower in a very small area of the tub. The September evening was cool outdoors, so indoors our room was cold and there was no way to heat it up. There is no elevator, you must carry your luggage up the stairs. There is one table in the room and it is very crowded, not much room for your personal items. There are plugs under the table and you have to get on your knees to use them. With more modernization this would be a nice spot.
