I liked the location, it was quiet. The terrace made the stay! and the kitchen was well-equipped. The staff responded well to our request for more wine glasses (there were only two for the four of us), paper towels, and toilet paper.

The property was not well taken care off. There was a musty smell throughout the apartment, very strong in the smaller room - a place where biting flies thrive. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans. The towels were old, thin, and faded from washing. The bathroom was small and cramped, and the shower cubicle was old and in poor condition. There was only one small roll of toilet paper and one very small hand soap

• Great location: Close to the center of Noli and the beach. • Easy self check-in. • Dedicated parking space. • Terrace with a partial sea view. • Kitchen equipped with utensils, dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. • Spacious layout with two full bedrooms.

Walking into the apartment felt like visiting my great-grandmother's house in the countryside as a child. It wasn't the interior that reminded me of this feeling the most, but the smell, which didn't disappear throughout our entire trip (4 nights) – we hoped it might air out, but unfortunately, it didn't :(. The worst situation was in one of the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the hallway. The main bedroom and the kitchen were bearable, but not ideal. It felt as if the grandmother had just moved out and her grandson started renting the apartment as-is the very next week. The Bad: • Bad smell inside the apartment • Bad smell right as you step out of the kitchen doors onto the terrace (luckily, it disappears near the dining table). • Old, outdated furniture (feels like antiques). • Photos on Booking.com do not reflect reality. • Only one toilet paper roll was provided for 4 people for 4 nights. • No shower supplies/toiletries provided. • No air conditioning (only fans were available - this was specified on Booking, so that was fine). With a bit of investment and proper care, this could be a decent place to stay, as most drawbacks would be tolerable if not for the smell. I think the smell problem is caused by using an ammonia-based cleaner (which I found in the kitchen). Unfortunately, this stay significantly impacted our vacation. Thankfully, Italy's great food and wine can lift your spirits and fix almost any situation – attitude is everything!
