It was quite spacious, and it was lovely to have a little outside area and a washing machine. There is an amazing restaurant right at the beach 5 minutes wallking distance. (Osteria)

The gas stove seemed a bit dangerous. When turning on, huge flames came out of the burner, so we could only use the smallest one at all times. They charge you extra for towels and bedsheets - 45€! I understand that for towels, but not for bedsheets, as these should really be included in the rental. We had to buy our own bin bags, kitchen paper, toilet paper, laundry detergent, salt, oil, pepper, tupper ware, etc. Basically almost everything you'd hope to be there was not there. Additionally, the double bed was big but very uncomfortable; you could feel the metal inside the mattress, and whenever one person moved on the bed, the whole bed was moving. There is also no AC but two super loud old fans. The fridge had a freezer department but the door was missing so everything sort of froze inside of the fridge and it was difficult to manage temperature. Tools in the kitchen were in general old, cheap, and rusty. There was nothing in the shower to place shampoo etc. so you have to leave it on the floor although the shower is tiny and you cannot move much then. You have to thave a car and drive to the next village for almost anything you would like to buy.
