Struttura accogliente, pulita e il design moderno.

Non c’è stato nulla che non abbia soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Very comfortable very clean beds . Big bedrooms . Great location five minutes to the metro . Tea, coffee pods in the kitchen , roomy fridge , kettle , coffee machine .

Asked for earlier checkin as we had been travelling all night arriving in Milan at 10am, we didn’t get into the accommodation until 4.40 pm . It was helpful that we were allowed to leave our luggage in the room around 11.30 am . Felt there was no sense of caring/ interest from the host that met us ie she never said sorry about that or we’ll do our best or even just sentence like you must be exhausted! On that note after we were texting re leaving the key back in the lock box to check out no well wishes from host re hope you had a good stay etc . It’s the small communications that make a positive difference . No WIFI . No bin in bedrooms ! Difficult with one bathroom with toilet in the same bathroom , for any group of people .
