Bed was fantastic and location was great

Rooms are not completely sound proof, shower door did not close although was great

Hard Rock Hotel hadde flotte, store og rene rom. Du hadde alt du trengte rundt deg og nærtliggende. Kjempe flott treningsstudio som du kan benytte som gjest. Flotte basseng anlegg med bar og restaurant. God service!

Om det skulle være noe, så må det være at det var noe støy p.g.a konstruksjonsbygging rundt om. Men, det plaget meg ikke stort.

The staff were wonderful. They could not be more helpful and friendly and genuinely interested. The room was brilliant and clean and very comfortable. We had one with a pool on the balcony and it was fabulous. The breakfast was great. Anything and everything you could imagine from cereal to smoothies to sushi to cake to meats and cheese and fruit … The rock royalty was great too. The other pools and restaurants were great too. Location was brilliant for us. Had restaurants and a shopping mall below. Easy to get Ubers around the island and boat trips from the bay.

So it isn’t totally finished. The rooftop bar and pools are due to open by the end of the year. But there was plenty of other pools and bars to use so not an issue. There is building work next to the hotel. But it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. They are building all over Malta!! There are occasionally workmen fixing bits but it never distracted from the quality of the stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights to celebrate my 35th birthday and had an exceptional stay from start to finish. We met Sabina at reception when we arrived, and she was incredibly warm and friendly. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and, as there was availability, the team kindly arranged an early check-in for us. They stored our luggage while our room was being prepared, which meant we could immediately start enjoying the spa. We had great massages. We stayed in the Rock Suite, which was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully spacious with incredible panoramic views from the bedroom, living room and dining area. The living space opened onto a large private terrace with our own pool. The hotel had only been open for around a month at the time of our stay, so everything felt brand new and beautifully finished. When we entered our suite, I was pleasantly surprised to find a birthday card, a handwritten note from the hotel team and a lovely slice of cheesecake wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful personal touch. A special mention must also go to Efren John, who was extremely helpful every time we saw him in the lobby. He helped us with directions and recommendations for local restaurants and genuinely went above and beyond. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of staff we encountered, whether in the lobby, restaurant and spa, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at Sessions was fantastic, with an endless selection of food and the choice of sitting inside or outside with lovely views. The location was perfect for us too. The hotel has direct access to the shopping mall, and there are plenty of restaurants, pools and the beach within walking distance. We would definitely come back again.

The three nights wasn’t long enough! We genuinely didn’t want to leave.
