The decor was appealing
Location, shower did not drain and their were lots of little bugs in it, heavy outside traffic noise & the non stop dog barking Freon the apartment down the hall.

place was very clean and pleasant
a family of birds living on the building near the tv room- they were loud in the morning and the church service early sunday morning was loud - but not unpleasant. just unexpected
