Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent—they were always responsive and kindly allowed us to leave our car in the parking spot until 1:00 PM on our check-out day. Check-in was smooth and effortless.
The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and in a great central location. There is a bit of noise from the tram, but that is completely understandable for a central area and wasn't an issue for us.
A few practical details could be improved to make the stay even better:
Kitchen: There are no proper mugs or cups for coffee or tea, only extremely small ones.
Bathrooms: One toilet space is quite small and cramped. In the main bathroom, the shower is right next to the toilet without a curtain or proper drainage slope. Showering soaks the entire room, and without a floor squeegee (there is only a string mop), clearing the water every time requires quite a bit of effort, especially when returning tired in the evening.

The apartment is really clean and spacious, situated close to everything you want to see. The host is super nice and helpful and the free parking is a good bonus.
The bathrooms are really small, but at least there are two. We stayed for one night, so it wasn't a real issue.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Très bien placé pour visiter Sofia à pied. Parking très pratique et informations d’accueil très précises, tout est parfait !
