We had a little glitch on the first day, soon sorted, the willows is a fabulous place to stay real home from home, very comfortable with everything you need right down to the coffee maker lovely. Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay there again.
The only thing I could say is the stairs were a bit of a climb but manageable, maybe put some reflective strip on the edge of stairs.
